• the exclusive and private use of the entire 22,000 square foot venue 

• tables and chairs to the extent of our inventory for your guests' food and beverage needs

• parking lot attendant for guest parking

• fenced lighted parking lot

• black Chavarria chairs in the dining room

• bartenders ( with your open alcohol bar)

• facility manager

• art centerpieces for the dining tables

• audio system for announcements

• free WiFi

• lighted trees in cocktail area 

• lighted bars set to your color choice
